Interest Rate Model
POLICY FOR INTEREST RATES, PROCESSING & OTHER CHARGES
| A. | Interest Rates for Loans upto one year(Short Term Loans). | i. ii. | At least 25 bps higher than average cost of borrowing of the Company. Interest Payable on Quarterly basis or other such interval as mutually agreed. |
| B. | Interest Rate for Loans exceeding twelve months (Long Term Loans) | i. ii. | At least 25 bps higher than average cost of borrowing of the Company Interest Payable on Quarterly basis or other such interval as mutually agreed. |
| C. | Processing and Other Charges | i. | No Processing and other charges shall be charged. |
